Frequently Asked Questions
Can you help me choose between models?
Yes. Tell us the material, volume of work and whether you need corded, cordless or petrol — we will narrow it down.
Is the listed price final, or are there extra costs?
The listed price is the product price; delivery is quoted separately based on your location. There are no hidden fees added at checkout.
Is it suitable for daily job-site use?
Yes. Check duty cycle, power rating and disc/blade size in the specs so you buy for the work you actually do.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing on the Commercial Dual Puller Functional Cable Crossover Trainer?
Yes — for larger quantities or trade/reseller orders, message us with the quantity you need and we will quote a bulk rate.
Do you stock blades, discs, bits and other consumables?
Yes for many models. Ask for matching consumables so you are productive from day one.
How fast is delivery in Kenya?
Nationwide with quick turnaround in Nairobi and major towns. Tracking is provided on dispatch.
Reduced power or the motor labouring.
Check brushes (on brushed motors), blade/bit sharpness, and that you're not overloading it for the material. A dull blade or bit is the most common cause of a tool "feeling weak."
What blades, bits or batteries fit the Commercial Dual Puller Functional Cable Crossover Trainer?
Check the chuck/collet size, blade diameter or battery platform in the specs. If you already own batteries or accessories from the same brand/platform, tell us and we'll confirm cross-compatibility.
Are spare parts and servicing available for the Commercial Dual Puller Functional Cable Crossover Trainer?
Yes — consumables (blades, brushes, bits) and servicing/repair are available for tools we sell. Contact us with the model and issue for a quote.

Frequently Asked Questions — Bakery & Kitchen Equipment
Capacity, fuel, power supply and spares.
What capacity do I need?
Match capacity to your peak daily production and allow headroom. For ovens, count trays per deck per bake and multiply by bakes per day. For mixers, match the bowl size to your dough batch.
Gas or electric?
Gas usually costs less to run and heats quickly in high-volume kitchens. Electric offers precise control and easier installation. Check what the listing supports.
What power supply does it need?
Check the voltage and wattage in the specifications. Commercial kitchen appliances can draw a lot of power, so size your supply or generator accordingly. If in doubt, WhatsApp +254 105 929 344.
