Do you offer bulk or trade pricing on the 50L (13.2gal) Slanted Water Tank?

Yes — for larger quantities or trade/reseller orders, message us with the quantity you need and we will quote a bulk rate.

What if the pump fails under warranty?

Contact us with the order number and a short description of the fault. We coordinate warranty claims and replacements.

What power does it need?

See voltage, phase and recommended motor size in the specifications. We can help pair it with the right starter, solar drive or generator.

Do you deliver to farms and rural sites?

That's covered: nationwide delivery including farms and upcountry locations.

Is the 50L (13.2gal) Slanted Water Tank genuine with warranty?

Absolutely. genuine unit, manufacturer warranty, and local after-sales support through Kreatives Kenya.

The 50L (13.2gal) Slanted Water Tank runs but no water is coming out — what's wrong?

Almost always a priming, suction leak or blocked foot-valve/strainer issue. Check the suction line for air leaks, clear any blockage, and re-prime before assuming the pump itself has failed.

Will this work with my existing tank, borehole or irrigation controller?

Most pumps and controls are compatible across standard fittings, but head/flow rating matters most — share your setup and we'll confirm.

The pump controller is showing a fault code or flashing light.

Check the controller's fault table for dry-run, overload or phase-fault indications — dry-run protection triggering is common when the source runs low. Send us the code/light pattern if you want help interpreting it.

Do you supply spare parts and servicing for the 50L (13.2gal) Slanted Water Tank?

Yes — impellers, seals and other wear parts are usually available, and we can arrange servicing or repair for pumps and water equipment bought from us. Share your model and the fault for a quote.

Frequently Asked Questions — Water Pumps

Sizing, connections, head and flow, and where to get spares.

How do I size a water pump correctly?

Three measurements decide the pump:

  • A · Suction depth — from pump centre down to the water. Beyond 6-7 m a surface pump fails; use a submersible.
  • B · Delivery height — vertical rise to the top of the tank. 10 m = 1 bar of pressure.
  • C · Pipe distance — the real length of pipe from pump to tank. Count every 10 m of horizontal run as 1 m of head.
Surface, submersible or booster — which is mine?

Surface pumps sit above the water (suction lift up to ~7 m). Submersibles go inside the well or borehole for deep water. Boosters raise pressure in an already-piped system.

Petrol, diesel, electric or solar?

Petrol and diesel suit farms and sites without grid power. Electric is quiet and cheapest to run where power is reliable. Solar pumps run directly from panels with no fuel cost.

Why is my pump losing pressure?

Common causes: air in the suction line, worn impeller or seal, blocked foot valve, leak on the suction side, or wrong rotation on a three-phase pump. Let it run with the outlet open to purge air first.

Spare parts, warranty and service?

We stock impellers, mechanical seals, bearings, pressure switches and capacitors. 24-month warranty.
